MESSAGE.
As per the
National Judge Advocate Warren Griffin and the National Chief Operating
Officer Bob Borka, this e-mail is to inform you that the new
"re-write" of the National Bylaws and the new "re-write" of
the National Administrative Procedures are now on the National Website as
per direction of the National Bylaws, Article Eight, Section
800.
These two
newly rewritten documents and all proposed National Bylaws and
Administrative Procedures changes were placed on the National Website prior to
1 May 2018 as required.
Please review
the re-write of the new National Bylaws, the re-write of the new
National Administrative Procedures, and all proposed changes to these two
documents at your convenience.
These proposed
changes may be downloaded to your computers, tablet, smart phones, and/or any
other device that you may have. If you plan to attend the National
Convention in August 2018 in Buffalo, NY, please either print copies for your
use and/or use your computer, tablet, or smart phone to view these documents at
the National Conventions.
The proposed
changes will be shown on the overhead projector but printed copies will not be
handed out.
The

On the top of
the "Marine Corps League Library" page, click on

reached the Conventions page, scroll down and you will see:
"PROPOSED
CHANGES FOR BYLAWS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES."
There are 31
separate proposed changes. The first two listed are the "NATIONAL
BYLAWS RE-WRITE FINAL" and the "NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES REWRITE FINAL." All other proposed National Bylaws
and Administrative Procedures changes follows.
